Making a booking :

Further to an offer, if you wish to reserve, make to us it know by email or by telephone.
We shall send you then the rental agreement.

Any reservation will be concluded only after reception by the REPRESENTATIVE of a copy of the contract initialed and signed by the BUYER accompanied with the payment of the part of the price of the stay due to the signature of the contract and written confirmation of the REPRESENTATIVE.

The payment of the price of the stay will be made in the following way:

- In the reservation, the advance of 30 % of the price of the stay
- The balance 40 days before dates it the stay.

In case of reservation more than 6 months before a date of the stay, a check of 30 % of the amount of the stay or an authorization of the taking on a bank card of the same amount will be asked in guarantee. The effective regulation of the deposits occurring 6 months before the date of the stay.
